Wilbury Physiotherapy is a well-established private practice in Brighton and Hove. We have five Chartered Physiotherapists, all of whom have substantial experience in dealing with a variety of conditions. They participate in an ongoing programme of professional development and are all members of Physio First (Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice).

Our individual physiotherapy treatment rooms are fully equipped and we can treat a wide range of conditions as well as reduce pain, increase movement and assist in your rehabilitation whether it is gaining greater independence at home or returning back to your sport.

Treatments available include neck pain, back pain, sports injuries, joint & ligament problems, muscle strain, repetitive strain injuries (RSI), soft tissue injuries, arthritis, hip or knee replacements, facial palsy, neurological conditions, post operative orthopaedic surgery, back operations and paediatric conditions.
